These settings apply to templates created before June 2024.
The attachments tab allows the adding of predefined PDF attachments to the document.
Automatically Attached Files
Predefine which PDF attachments will be automatically attached to the generated document. The attachments must exist in the Salesforce organization.
Optionally Attached Files
Adds the ability for the end-user to select additional attachments from a list before the document is generated. The available attachments are can be selected from a Salesforce record or a Salesforce Library.
