Defines settings and values related to email sending. This tab is only visible if email generation has been enabled in the Wokflow settings.
Email ID, Template and Save relation
Org wide email ID (common email alias used by organization to send to/by a group of users): Authors can configure the Org wide sending email if the sender is not individual user and is required by business.
Email template: Different email content template can be selected here. By default, Email/content.html is chosen to populate email content.
Email save relation: by default, email is saved to the record that the document starts from
id. If the document needs to be saved to another related object, such related object Id needs to be defined here.
Subject
Allows to auto-populate the email subject and give users the possibility to edit it or not.
To Recipients
Defines the email recipients and allows users to change them or not. Any email recipients that are predefined here will be automatically populated in the email sending screen.
CC Recipients
Defines the copied email recipients and allows users to change them or not. Any email recipients that are predefined here will be automatically populated in the email sending screen.
Attachments
Allows to select additional attachments to be sent with the email. If a document is being generated,it is automatically added as an attachment so it doesn’t need to be manually configured here.
Email Editor
Defines email editor related settings such as enabling the use of Clauses and Clause filters.
