Bullhorn For Salesforce (Staffing and Recruitment Software)

Integration description 

Documill - Bullhorn for Salesforce (BH4SF) integration enables users to generate resumes, contracts, and other key documents directly from BH4SF data and any other Salesforce object data. With integrated e-signature capabilities, BH4SF customers can efficiently manage their entire document-centric processes - from creation to secure eSigning—all in one centralized platform. 

The first version of the BH4SF (Bullhorn for Salesforce) - Documill Integration supports the following features: 

• Candidate CV creation (from Contact records): 

  • End users can create candidate CVs for Contact records using Documill templates. 

  • Users can edit the generated CV before saving it. 

  • The finalized CV will be saved directly to your AWS S3 bucket provided by Bullhorn. 

  • What’s not supported in this version: 

    • Users cannot return to the generated CV for further editing after it has been saved. 

    • Users cannot attach any additional candidate documents (if such documents are not stored in Salesforce or SharePoint) to the generated CV.

• Document generation for any other objects (e.g., Contracts): 

For documents generated from objects other than Contact object only the current Documill-supported storage options—Salesforce and SharePoint—are available.

For CV generation use case 

If your use case is CV generation starting from Contact records, please download the Blank template for CV generation to your computer: Blank CV Generation Template.dap
You can import this sample template to the Template Builder to start building your CV generation template. 

The Blank template for CV generation has ‘Bullhorn for Salesforce’ setting that, by default, would: 

• Save the generated CVs to your AWS S3 bucket 

• Allow you to decide whether the CVs generated from this template are the default CVs for the candidates. 

For other use cases 

For any other use cases besides CV generation from Contact records, please follow our standard way to create a new template in Template Builder.
