Complete All

In some Projects there may be a need to allow Users to complete Tasks on behalf of all Collaborators within the Step. This can be achieved with the ‘Allow Complete All’ Step parameter.

If this option is enabled and there are incomplete Tasks within the Step, Collaborators will have two alternatives to complete a Task; either on their own behalf [Complete task] or on the behalf of all Collaborators in the Step via [Complete all tasks in the same step].

Learn more about how to enable the ‘Allow Complete All’ option here: Manage Complete All option.
