User License update

Email address recognized as part of the organization will be required to have user license to use Leap.

Other improvements

• Made sure to switch to the latest organization that user has signed into when they have multiple browser tabs.

• Fixed issue of disappearing visual when reordering files in Combine Step.

• Fixed issue when creating Quick Start project that is based on a Workflow Template that has a Phase without a Step.

• Fixed issue in creating a new Leap account during the process of registering a new organization.
