Updated user roles

  • Role renaming - To improve clarity, the names of user roles at organization level have been updated as follows:

  • Updated permissions - The “User” role now includes the ability to create Leap Projects, along with adjusted permissions for planning their projects. In summary, the changes are as follows:

In practice, Project Owners are only able to modify workflows if they are assigned the Administrator or Manager roles at organization level.

Other improvements

  • Fixed an issue where Manager (Project Admin) was unable to preview files in other projects.

  • Collaborators are now automatically stopped from working on tasks marked as Paused, without needing a page refresh.
