Completing a Leap Project

To complete a project, all tasks inside the project need to be completed.
Once all tasks are completed, the project will be marked as complete automatically.

What happens when a Leap Project is completed?

Upon project completion, Documill Leap Salesforce app also performs an archival process to the project. The archival process includes:

• Storing the data of the Project into Salesforce.

• Storing final documents into Salesforce or configurable third-party repository.

• Storing the log of the Project into Salesforce.

• Removing the data of the Project from Documill Leap Web app.

This archival process ensures that the final documents and related information are stored in your company’s environment.
