Create a Workflow

There are two ways to create the Workflow of a Project:

A. Create a new Workflow

If you want to create the Workflow from scratch:

1. Open the Project.

2. Click [Workflow] tab on the left panel.

3. Click [Create a new Workflow] button.

B. Select a Workflow Template

If there are Workflow Templates available in your organization, you can use them as a starting point to define the Workflow of your Project:

1. Open the Project.

2. Click [Workflow] tab on the left panel.

3. Scroll down to [Project Workflow] panel if needed.

4. Click the row of a Workflow Template to see its preview.

5. Click [Select] button to use the Workflow Template.

Selecting a Workflow Template will copy below information into the Project:

  • Structure of the Workflow.

  • Files uploaded inside the Workflow Template.

  • Collaborators defined inside the Workflow Template.

  • Tasks defined inside the Workflow Template.
