Groups
The Groups feature allows you to control the visibility of a Project and Workflow Template to other Project Admins. Project Admins can see Projects and Workflow Templates created by others when the Projects belong to the same Group as them.
It is also possible for a User to have a Project and Workflow Template that do not belong to any Group. For this, the User has to have their Allow Private Project option enabled which can be configured by the Organization Admin.
The table below shows the visibility of a Project and Workflow Template based on their Group assignment:

User Role and Project Status also affect Project visibility.
Only Organization Admin and Project Admin who can see Project with Planning status.
