Sharing a Task
If you need help from someone or want to gather their input, you can share your Task with them. This gives the person access to view your Task and the document you're working on.
How to share your Task
1. Open your Task.
2. Click [Share] button in the top-right corner.
3. In the Share Task dialog, enter the other person’s email address.
4. Click [Add] button.

5. Click [Copy link] button, then send it to the person you want to share the Task with.

Shared Task Link Availability
The Shared Task Link will become unavailable when:
You complete your Task.
You remove the person from the Share Task dialog.
Document access level
When you share your Task with another person, their access to the document depends on your Task Role:

Task Responsibility
Even when you share your Task with another person, you remain responsible for marking it as Complete. The other person will have view access to your Task and limited access to the document, but cannot complete the Task on your behalf.
