SMS authentication for document signing

Project Owners can now enhance the security of their document signing process by enforcing SMS Authentication for signers. This feature is available through your organization's subscription. To enable SMS Authentication, please contact our Support Team at support@documill.com.

In-document signature placement

As an alternative to using a dedicated Signature Page, Project Owners now have the option to collect signatures directly within the document. Signature placements can be predefined in the document or set just before the signing process begins.

This feature can be enabled during Project planning.

Other improvement

• In addition to the continuous page view when editing DOCX documents, collaborators can now preview the documents in a paginated format.
