Signature Placement

To collect signatures for your document, Documill Leap offers two options:

• Separate Signature Page
  Collect the signatures in a dedicated page.

• In-document
  Collect the signatures at predefined locations in the document.

Depending on your needs, you may want to consider using one or another.

Separate Signature Page

This option collects the signature and details of a signer in a dedicated page which will be added at the end of your document. This option does not require additional preparations to the document and offers the simplest signing experience both to Project Owner and Signer.

Additionally, the visual of the Signature Page can be customized by your Administrator.

In-document

This option places the signature and details of a signer at predefined locations in your document. Some preparations to the document would be needed which can be done in Workflow Template .

This option resembles traditional document signing, both in the signing experience and in the signed document.
