Manage Teams

Available to Project Owner.

When a Project involves negotiation or other multi-party situations where Collaborators take different stances, it is recommended to organize Collaborators into separate Teams. In Leap, you have the ability to Add a Team inside a Project and assign a Team Leader to the Team.

Defining a Team inside a Project will allow you to use two features that can help conduct negotiation better:

Team Leaders will be able to Add Team Member and rename their own team. If you use Private External Phase in a Project, a Team Leader will also be able to assign Tasks to their Team Members.

Defining a Team is optional when planning a Project.
