Building the below process requires that the necessary Salesforce configurations have already been done. If that is not the case, start with our instructions to Setting Up Documill Dynamo and Setting Up Documill Leap.

Sample scenario - Contract negotiation:
The Sales team wants to generate a new contract using Salesforce data, personalize it with a few edits and send it to the customer for review.

The customer and Sales team can collaborate on the generated contract all within the Leap environment by commenting, redlining and editing the document in real time.

Once the Sales team and the customer are happy with the amended contract, approvers and signers can be assigned from both parties.

Collaboration is achieved by assigning the Edit step to an external user. An approval step should follow.

Add an additional Approval task for your internal collaborators.

After the Approval task, add a Sign task
