API Action
Take action outside Documill Leap during your project. API Action allows your project to use other services via API calls.
First, your organization need to set up the API calls that can be made by creating API Action Templates. Then the API Action Template can be added into your project as a Workflow Step, so that the API call can be made at the right time.

Clauses are pre-approved blocks of text that your organization keeps in its Clause Library.
Using clause helps you to save time, be consistent, and reduce risk of incorrect wordings. Clauses are stored in your Salesforce organization.

Variables in Custom Task Notification Email
You can now personalize the custom task notification email with variables. Add the assignee’s name, email, title or organization, the project name, or the document name to the subject, greeting or body, and each Collaborator receives the email with their own details.
