Documill for Agentforce: Document Generation & E-Sign
This guide walks you through the full setup process for integrating Documill with Salesforce Agentforce, including package installation, configuration, flow setup, and agent customization.
Salesforce Agentforce now supports running a Documill template directly from a Salesforce record. This feature enables users to interact with an Agentforce agent to generate a document, then either attach it to the record or initiate an e-signature process. It utilizes the existing Documill templates and flows previously configured, which are typically accessed through buttons or the Documill Lightning Component.
To enable this feature, an additional configuration is required by a Salesforce admin.
In this topic, you’ll learn how to create a new Agentforce agent within Salesforce and configure it to run a Salesforce Flow to automate and share directly from a Salesforce record.
To get started with using Agentforce alongside Documill, the following are required:
Agentforce set up and enabled in your Salesforce environment
Documill Generate & Automate package installed
Documill Agentforce extension installed (This is a free extension available on the Salesforce AppExchange/AgentExchange)
A Documill template and flow already configured for the Salesforce record type you intend to use (e.g., Opportunity)
Documill automation features enabled for your organization
Please check with your Documill Account Manager to confirm whether your license includes automation capabilities. For new customers, please contact support (support@documill.com) to enable this feature for your Salesforce environment.
